• Supporting faculty recruitment, retention, and professional growth and development across the professional lifespan
• Advancing equity, diversity and inclusion in the college, with an update on our recent “Transforming Academia for Equity” proposal to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
• Fostering opportunities to update and enhance our college practices, policies and programs to support the flourishing of all our faculty, staff, students and community
