Biography

Veronica is a successful healthcare executive with over fifteen years of diverse experience in corporate strategic planning, operations management, government relations, and community health promotion initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Villanova University, a master’s degree in health education from Saint Joseph’s University and juris doctor degree from the Temple University School of Law. Veronica is currently the president and chief executive officer, Spectrum Health Services, Inc. Prior to her leadership role with Spectrum Health Services, Veronica served as the chief executive officer of Pathways by Molina in Pennsylvania, a mental and behavioral health services provider. Veronica previously served as the senior vice president for medical services for the Health Transformation Alliance based in Washington, DC and as vice president of clinical services for Health Partners Plans in Philadelphia, PA.

Veronica is very actively involved in her community and serves on a number of local and national political committees and not-for-profit boards providing services to underserved populations. She is an advocate for community services and devoted to addressing issues that threaten the health and safety of our community. In January 2018, Veronica became the first African American elected to council in Montgomery Council.  

Veronica has served as chairperson for the College of Public Health’s Board of Visitors since July 2018.
