Biography

Sarah Tomlinson is an attorney with Fox Rothschild, a full-service law firm with 950 lawyers in offices coast to coast. Sarah works in the firm's Office of the General Counsel, serving in a risk management, professional responsibility and ethics compliance role. Prior to Fox Rothschild, she clerked for the President Judge of Carbon County, PA, and practiced bankruptcy and general civil law. She earned her law degree from Villanova University School of Law while simultaneously earning her Master of Business Administration degree from the Pennsylvania State University.

She is currently a doctoral student in Temple University's health policy and health services research program and has written and taught healthcare law courses at both Temple and Immaculata University. She co-authored Health Care Management & the Law (first and second editions), Health Care Ethics & the Law, and the updated and rewritten edition of Medical Records and the Law.
