Biography:

Markita earned her bachelor of social work and master of social work from Temple University's School of Social Work in 2010 and 2011, respectively. She currently works as Director of Operations for Vital Decisions, LLC, an advanced care planning organization focused on enhancing the quality of life for individuals experiencing advanced/terminal illnesses. Markita thrives on contributing to the development of others and finds joy in helping individuals and organizations actualize their fullest potential. When not working, she is enjoying family life and navigating parenthood with her husband to their 2-year-old daughter.
