Dr. Elizabeth Neil, PhD, LAT, ATC, has been selected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Association of Athletic Training Educators (AATE). Neil serves as the Clinical Education Coordinator and Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences at Temple University, where she also directs the Graduate Program in Athletic Training.
In this new leadership role, Neil will help shape the future of athletic training education at a national level. She will officially begin her term next week at the AATE Conference, bringing her expertise and passion for mentoring the next generation of professionals to the board.
Dean Jennifer Ibrahim praised Neil’s achievement, stating, “Dr. Neil’s appointment to the AATE Board of Directors is a testament to her expertise and leadership in athletic training education. Her passion for mentoring future professionals and shaping the field at a national level makes her an outstanding representative of Temple University. We are incredibly proud of her.”
