This session will focus on building a research team with undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and regular employees. A panel of CPH faculty with experience in hiring and managing research team staff will discuss their experiences and the relative merits of different types of hires. The CPH Office of Research Administration team will be on hand to walk you through the hiring process covering topics such as crafting a job description to meet your research needs and determining the right class of position and interviewing best practices. Bring your questions on all matters HR-related!
