Biography

Kara Black, MEd, is an academic advisor for Temple's Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. Prior to joining the CPH advising team, Kara was a middle school English teacher. Throughout her time in the classroom, her desire was to support her students to ensure that they had access to higher education. Now, she's thrilled to be working alongside the speech, language and hearing science students throughout their undergraduate experience.
