Physical Therapy professor awarded 2012 CPH Research Seed Grant

W. Geoffrey Wright, PhD, a professor in CPH's Department of Physical Therapy, received the 2012 CPH Research Seed Grant for his project titled "Using electromyography (EMG), functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), and diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) to understand the role of tonic neuromuscular processing in aging and Parkinson's disease". Tonic neuromuscular processes have been an underinvestigated topic in this context, and Dr. Wright plans to use three innovative techniques to examine their effects.
