Dr. Fagan received her bachelors degree in biology from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY in 1999. She earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Simmons College in 2003. She completed her certification in mechanical diagnosis and therapy through the McKenzie Institute in 2008 and is also an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist.  
Dr. Fagan serves in the role of Co-Director of Clinical Education for the entry-level physical therapy program. She directs the clinical education component of the DPT student education. Her teaching responsibilities include Clinical Examination and Intervention course series, Movement Science, and Exercise. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
