School of Social Work to Host Event on Affordable Care Act Temple University College of Public Health

On Friday, November 22 Temple University's School of Social Work will be co-hosting an event that will feature speakers discussing the impact of the Affordable Care Act, AKA "Obamacare". The event will be held in the Howard Gittis Center, room 217 and invitees include: community members, social service professionals, students, and healthcare professionals. 

Speakers with cover a wide range of topics including: budgetary concerns, enrollment, and the legal impact for professionals who work with those who have mental health issues. For more information see our ACA event flyer.

Along with the School of Social Work other sponsors include: Mental Health Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania and the Temple University Collaborative on Community Inclusion of Individuals with Psychiatric Disabilities
