Dean's Message

As we closed out spring and jumped into summer, CPH was a hotbed of activity that featured many notable accomplishments, as well as some transitions throughout the College.

On May 1st, former CPH Interim Dean Michael Sitler was appointed Temple University’s Deputy Provost for Operations. His dedication and vision strengthened many aspects of the College’s programs and initiatives. I would like to thank him for the leadership that helped position us for an exciting next chapter of growth and opportunity.

Later in May, we helped more than 1,100 students embark on their next chapters as we hosted CPH’s 2013 Graduation Ceremony.  This was an exciting event for the students and their families and marked a milestone that was a testament to their years of hard work.  The success of this event is the result of the  tireless efforts of many of our CPH staff and faculty, and I would like to personally thank them and acknowledge their dedication to the College.

Additionally, I would like to call to your attention the highlights featured below that illustrate the reach of the scholarship and research efforts of our students and faculty. These successes and accomplishments demonstrate that CPH continues to reach new levels excellence while touching the lives of so many from Philadelphia to Germany to Kenya and BEYOND!

Have a great summer!

All the best,

Catherine Coyle, PhD
Interim Dean
