Biography

Amina is currently an adjunct professor in the School of Social Work. She is committed to being a voice for SSW alumni and to collaborating with the current social work student population to assist in meeting their needs. Her interests include working with children and families, mentoring and advocating for those who are less fortunate in impoverished communities to ensure fair and equitable access to resources. Amina is married to her husband of 19 years and has one daughter.
