CSPCD's Current Director

CSPCD Director, Shirley Moy, MSW, joined Temple CSPCD after graduating with her MSW from Temple University in 1988, and was the Program Coordinator for various federally funded projects.  She left Temple CSPCD in 1998, and went to Canada and Ethiopia.  In 2007, she came back to Philadelphia, and returned to her roots with more experience and knowledge.  She was hired as the Associate Director for CSPCD, and took on the role of Interim Director for CSPCD in 2009.

HIP Program Coordinator

Mansura Karim has been with CSPCD for over twenty years.  She has managed and coordinated workforce development programs including New Choices Career Development and Job Specific Skills Training programs in Medical Office and Accounts.  Currently, she is the Program Coordinator for the Health Information Professions Career Pathways Initiative for TANF Recipients and Other Low Income Individuals, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
